I think that this video is a beautiful expression of the shared experiences of humanity. I think she’s right, everyone lives in a closet of one sort or another at some point in their life. Because of that, if you feel alone at some point, this is a great thing to watch. If you’re not feeling alone, but you’re listening to someone else, remember: “Hard is not relative. Hard is hard.” I wish that we could all follow the pancake girl rules.

Why I Love TED
TED is this brilliant platform online that is essentially a whole lot of awesome all wrapped up into one site. I love it. Some of the best minds out there are on TED. I’m going to include in this, some of the awesome videos, which–for no apparent reason–seem to be playing in higher video quality for me tonight on YouTube. A trip through the cloud…
No, I don’t mean a legit cloud. We are not talking cumulus, cirrus, nimbus, or stratus. I am talking about the cloud of tags on the side there. You see it, right? The one on the right side of this page? Yep, that one. I just did something I haven’t done in a while. I randomly clicked somewhere in the cloud and read what came up. It was an interesting experience. I found the first time I met Katherine (my Facebook daughter now) and said that she seemed like a rather nice sort. I found funerals. I found Ren Faire.
